The Portable Delivery Ramp System
Can Mount Under Any Semi-Trailer.

The Mounting System Can Be Moved
Between Trucks In Minutes Without Any Tools.

The Mounting Hardware Has Two Components:

• The Rotating Bracket Bar
  • The two brackets on the top mount onto the I-beams of any standard trailer
  • The two brackets on the bottom secure the Portable Delivery Ramp
  • This bracket is approximately 6 feet long

   

• The Locking Bracket
  • This bracket mounts on an I-beam of any standard trailer
  • This bracket locks the Portable Delivery Ramp in a horizontal position
  • This bracket is approximately 12 inches tall

Mount the Rotating Bracket Bar to the I-beams of the trailer.

Secure the brackets but do not tighten all the way, yet.

Mount the Ramp on the Rotating Bracket Bar by sliding one side of the folded ramp into the ramp bracket.

Slide Ramp and Bracket Bar toward the middle of the trailer (approximately 30" in from the edge or the trailer).

Install the locking bracket near the edge of the trailer.

Tighten the thumb nut and lock the hitch pin clip in place.

Rotate Portable Delivery Ramp up and lock in place.

Secure the ramp using the safety chain.

Tighten the thumb knob nuts on the Rotating Bracket Bar.

Secure Ramp with the safety chains.
